## About One Acre Fund
Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund supports 5.5 million smallholder farmers to increase the productivity and profitability of their farms. Operating across nine countries—home to nearly two-thirds of Africa’s farmers—we provide high-quality agricultural inputs, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a broad range of additional agricultural services. On average, farmers supported by our model increase their income and assets on participating land by more than 35 percent, while strengthening long-term resilience.
Our impact is driven by a diverse team of over 9,000 full-time staff from a wide range of professional backgrounds. To learn more about working at One Acre Fund, please visit our *Why Work Here* blog post.
### One Acre Fund Rwanda (Tubura)
Established in 2007, our Rwanda program—operating under the local brand *Tubura*—is One Acre Fund’s largest country program. We employ more than 3,000 staff across all four provinces of Rwanda and Kigali, serving over 2.8 million farmers in 2024. We work closely with the Government of Rwanda to support national food security priorities. In addition, we facilitate access to funding and markets for promising agri-SMEs, enabling farmers to produce and sell high-impact crops such as coffee, avocado, and chili.
